Building myself
To build a whole and complete self is to open our brain, body and spirit to the full-spectrum white light reality of life and keep it open.
There are many places where we do not honor the full-spectrum of reality. To be full-spectrum, is to go through a transformational process where we open up our brain, body and our life. We spend time learning about other options/colors in the spectrum and coming from a place of multiple options choosing the one that will give us the desired outcome we seek instead of using a decision from the past, a quick reaction or a way that we always act.
There are 3 words that will expose to you where you are not full-spectrum in an area of your life. Those words are "always", "never", "favorite". These three words lock us into single vibrations, remove options, intelligence and hide the full-spectrum truth from our reality. They must be used very consciously.
What we are looking for is understanding when to use something. One of my favorite quotes from Cory Herter is "Everything was made for a purpose, it was made for what it can do not for what it can't do". When we take the time to overcome ourself, our judgements, our quick reactions, our past idea of how things should be and discover what the value is of something, we start to open up to the full-spectrum white light of reality.
As we can see from the word Omniscience, there is a science, a process that nature uses to reveal to us our true full-spectrum self. It's called The Formula For Truth.
